OVerview
This million dollar traditional colonial in Vienna, VA was an impressive before/after transformation. The home had furnishings that were very large, taste specific and created a dark, heavy atmosphere. We suggested painting and updating light fixtures to appeal to today’s buyer, as well as modified upgrades geared for a return on investment.
We staged the entire main floor and used the Owner’s bed and nightstand in the Master Bedroom to appeal to today’s buyer.
