What we did
We utilized the client's dining table, buffet, tv stand and a few pieces in the office to create a refined, horse-country look that showed buyers how to best live in the space-even in the oversized family room that the seller had struggled with for years!
Working with the traditional, yet lovely wallpaper in the Dining Room as a style guide, we added texture and most importantly, appropriately sized rugs and furnishings. Scale is so very important to the way a room looks and feels.
The home sold in the first week, and our seller was thrilled. We can't wait to help them design their new home.

Owned by a Real Estate agent and one of our design clients, this beautifully updated home in Stoneleigh in Round Hill had an impeccably updated kitchen. The kitchen, combined with generously oversized rooms on the main level were a showstopper. Our seller recognized that their own furnishings were not consistent throughout the home and came to us to pull it all together.
