This Reston townhome located on the golf course boasted many updates throughout the home. Our staging consultation recommended updating the paint throughout the home, adding trending lighting and included how to address built ins (which formerly had doors) in the living room, which resulted in a lighter and brighter space. Adding on-trend furnishings that blended with the style of the home resulted in a fast 48 hour contract for this owner.
