This million dollar lakefront townhome is in one of Reston's most sought-after and elegant communities. It is only one of seven homes to have a lake view, and we have staged four in the last few years. Moderate updates such as paint were already underway when we were brought in. We staged property with furniture and accessories that appealed to the demographic and gave the property an organic feel inside to tie in with the organic view of the outside. The space off the kitchen seemed small particularly without furnishings. By adding the right scale of furniture we were able to show clients there was enough space for a table as well as a family room.
