What we did

  • You will see us referencing proper scale in multiple examples, and this house needed LARGE furniture to fill out the massive great room.

  • We used the largest canvas art we own to fill the large formal living room and create a full look.

  • We played off the black and white fixtures with our color scheme throughout to provide contrast, interest and a cohesive look overall.

  • We added interest and style to the spaces flanking the fireplace in the great room, which are always a challenge.

OVerview

This 8800 square foot new build listed and sold for over 2 million dollars. We felt the fixtures and finishes were SPOT ON! Despite oozing with style and in a prime location in Clifton, the builder opted to take it to the next level with staging.
