What we did
We combined a contemporary spin with vintage details for a “West Elm meets the Old Lucketts Store” vibe to demonstrate how someone could easily mix today’s style while acknowledging the history and classic lines of the home. Many older homes have evolved over time with additions, with rooms that run into each other, vs. creating intentional flow. Proper space planning was crucial to style around the many corner and off-center fireplaces and also take advantage of the views from each room.

This Pre-Revolutionary Federal-Style Mansion & Farm was built in 1766. filled with character, but also in need of a few updates to appeal to today’s buyer.
